What Is Leopard Squad?
Leopard Squad is a strength training program that's designed specifically for our clients in mind. Taking those who are weak and injury prone to strong, stable and secure.
It's a class that will make you do the little things well so we can then build on a strong foundation.
And don't be misled to think that the little things are easy. Often we see people who can deadlift over 100kgs but can't balance on one leg.
The little things are the building blocks for true strength.
These classes are designed to reveal your weakest links and then strengthen them.
Perfect form and technique is the focus of every session, not the size of the weight or the number of the rep.
You will learn 10 - 12 exercises to master that will focus on the most common weak links that we see in our clients.
Think core, glutes, obliques, shoulders, upper back, upper arms & any single legged exercises that requires balance.
This is a strength class that's designed to safeguard you from future injury.
What Can I Expect?
A detailed 8 week program that has been designed to rehab common injuries we often see in clinic which will also safeguard you from future injury.
Personalised technique training
Advised regressions or progressions for each exercise depending on where your strength is at.
Questions about your particular injury that a Myotherapist & Strength trainer can advise & help you rehab throughout the 8 week program.
Access to a Myotherapist & Strength trainer each week to help guide, support, inspire, educate & motivate you.
Insight into your body, your technique flaws, your weaknesses, your strengths, your movement patterns and how to reduce pain & tension by addressing all the former.
Knowledge about what is good posture and how to do perform it in each exercise which will keep your muscles and joints happy into the future.
Weekly Make Up Classes to ensure you don't miss a beat if you happen to miss your regular class.

How Many Times A Week Should I Train?
There are options to train either once, twice or if you’re super keen, an unlimited time a week with the Leopard Squad program.
If you are new to strength training we recommend that you begin with just once a week to allow your body to adjust to the style of training for the first 8 weeks.
This is a great way to manage your post exercise soreness (DOMS), any lingering muscular tension and fatigue that the class may trigger when you’re starting from scratch.
After 8 weeks of training your body will be well primed to start training twice a week without too much extra effort if that’s what your’e keen for.
Leopard Squad is capped at 12 people so the trainers are able to spend time coaching each individual.
