What Is Leopard Squad?


Leopard Squad is a small group strength training class that's designed specifically for our clients in mind. Taking those who are weak and injury-prone to strong, stable and secure.

It's a class that will expose your weakest links and then shows you how to strengthen them so you build a strong foundation.


Is Leopard Squad For Me?

  • Do you want to get stronger but you’re nervous to go to the gym in case you hurt yourself?

  • Do you wish that you could work with a Personal Trainer but didn’t have to pay the expensive costs?

  • Are you coming out of injury and want to learn how to strengthen the injured area rather than put it back at risk?

  • Are you up for strength training but just want someone to teach you how to lift the right (safe) way?

  • Do you like lifting weights but are not confident about your technique?

If you’ve answered “yes” to any of the above questions then Leopard Squad is what you’re looking for.


Class Details

These classes are capped at 9. This ensures that you get the kind of coaching and care necessary to teach you perfect form and technique with each exercise.

PRICING

We have 3 different pricing options which are based on whether you’d like to train once, twice, or 3+ a week.

If you’re starting out, we’d recommend you start with just one class a week and give your body time to adjust before adding more classes.

We find the sweet spot is doing two strength sessions a week which really propels forward your other exercise of choice (running, cycling, swimming, yoga, etc).

Payments for classes are taken by signing up to a weekly direct debit system. There’s no contract and you can cancel at any time, but we’d recommend you commit to the classes for at least 8 weeks.

Eight weeks is enough time to notice the beneficial changes your body will start to make after doing this training.


FREE 30-MINUTE STRENGTH & TECHNIQUE APPOINTMENT

Before you start class we first offer you a free 30-minute 1:1 Strength & Technique session.

This is so we can see you in movement, assess your body, your strength, allocate your weights and teach you a few key movements. It makes the transition and introduction to class much smoother.

If you’re keen to join the class and want to just get started, book your free 30-minute Strength & Technique appointment via the button below. Just write “Free S & T” in the notes of the appointment so we know not to charge you


 

FREE CLASS TRIAL

The first class you try is free also, so don’t worry, you get to experience what the class is like to make sure it’s what you’re after before committing to anything.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you can't attend your usual class, please call or email reception to let our trainers know so they can plan the class according to numbers.

Please also note that we do not pause direct debits or offer refunds for missed classes.

If you have to miss your class due to sickness or work, you can come to a make-up class once you're well or available.

If you’re injured, however, we will pause your direct debit immediately.

You may call us anytime to reactivate your class subscription once you’re ready to get back to class.

For those going on a holiday, we require 2 weeks’ notice via email so we can pause your direct debit for the duration of your vacation and offer your place to someone else for a makeup class.

We don't pause direct debits for only one week.

Please understand that when your direct debit is paused, your spot in class is no longer reserved and may be given to someone else.
