Leopard Squad

Leopard Squad is a high-paced, interval style, group strength training classes that will give you a great workout in a fun and friendly environment.

You'll learn 10 - 12 powerful exercises to master with a focus on perfect technique.

The class is designed to expose your weaknesses so your trainer can then teach you how to strengthen them.

The class is capped at 12 people so the trainer can spend enough time with each individual and give you the care you need.

Be warned! This class will ignite your inner Leopard :-)

Women’s lift Club

This is a slower-paced, beginners strength training class that will show you the ropes of lifting in a supportive all female environment.

There is ample time for a thorough warm up, instruction, demonstrations, questions and coaching.

You'll learn 6 powerful exercises to master with a focus on perfect technique.

Each exercise will target your weak muscles so your trainer can then teach you how to strengthen them.

The class is capped at 6 women so there’s lots of time for individual coaching and instruction to give you the care you need.

No strength training experience required!

mYO MOBILITY CLASS

Work with a Clinical Myotherapist in a group class setting and learn how to ease your own aches and pains and treat your own injuries using:

  • Massage balls

  • Foam rollers

  • Therabands

  • Kettlebells &

  • Weight plates

with gentle movements.
