Urban Leopard Strength Training Group Class Timetable Schedule
 

Come in for a free 1:1 30-minute Strength & Technique session (valued at $85) with one of our experienced trainers prior to joining class so you don’t miss a beat.

In this session we’ll:

  • Teach you the exercises that will be in class

  • Allocate the correct weights for your strength (kettlebells, dumbells, squat & deadlift bar)

  • Assess for any faulty movement patterns due to injuries or strength imbalances &

  • Teach you correct shoulder movement patterns to avoid injury

Leopard Squad

Leopard Squad is a high-paced, interval-style, group strength training class that will give you a great workout in a fun and friendly environment.

You'll learn 9 powerful exercises to master with a focus on perfect technique.

The class is designed to expose your weaknesses so your trainer can then teach you how to strengthen them.

The class is capped at just 9 people so the trainers can get around to everybody and make sure that the coaching is tailored and the quality remains high.

 

Women’s Lift Club

This is a slower-paced, beginners strength training class that will show you the ropes of lifting in a supportive all-female environment.

There is ample time for a thorough warm-up, instruction, demonstrations, questions, and coaching.

You'll learn 9 powerful exercises to master with a focus on perfect technique.

Each exercise will target your weak muscles so your trainer can then teach you how to strengthen them.

The class is capped at just 9 women so the trainers can get around to everybody and make sure that the coaching is tailored and the quality remains high.

Beginners are welcome. No previous strength training experience required.

 

Stretch & release CLASS

Work with a Clinical Myotherapist in a group class setting and learn how to ease your own aches and pains and treat your own injuries using:

  • Massage balls

  • Foam rollers

  • Therabands

  • Kettlebells &

  • Weight plates with gentle movements.

Payment Policy

Please note that payment for our classes are processed via a weekly membership.

We do not offer casual classes.

If you want to attend our classes you secure your spot by registering as a member.

Since we have the spot reserved for you and it can’t be given to anyone else, you will get charged whether you turn up or not.

But we understand life gets in the way sometimes so if you’re sick or unable to get to your usual class, we offer make-up classes that you can attend so you still get your training in.

If you're away for the holidays just give us 2 weeks notice prior to your departure and we can pause your membership while you’re away.

This so your spot can be offered to someone else on our cancellation list or wanting to pop into a make up class.

If no notice was given in advance, accounts won't be refunded retrospectively.
