These are 1:1 sessions with a Myotherapist in the gym where we teach you how to strengthen your body correctly.

If you suffer from any niggling injuries that just won’t go away, this is session you need!

These sessions are great for people who want to learn how to strengthen their body in a way that will rehab their old injuries and safeguard them from future injury.
