HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL IT TAKE TO FIX ME?

We get asked this question a lot - understandably. You need to know what your out of pocket expenses are going to be. Please appreciate that we can give you a ball park indication here but every body and every injury has its own personal healing rate that may differ from the average.

However, generally we’ll get you on the table for 4 - 5 Myotherapy sessions to get you pain-free or close to. Once your body is sitting in its new pain-free posture we’ll start you in the gym to make sure these changes stick and your pain never comes back.

From there it’s generally 30 minutes in the gym and then 30 minutes on the table ironing out any kinks that are trying to creep back in.

 

I’VE HAD PAIN FOR 20 YEARS, WILL IT TAKE AS LONG TO GET RID OF IT?

No. Don’t worry, it absolutely will not.

Just because you’ve been suffering pain for years doesn’t mean it’ll take years to fix.

We can change years of poor postural habits in the course of a 60 minute Myotherapy session.

 

Who should i see? a myotherapist, a physio or osteo or chiro or remedial massage therapst?

You should see a damn good practitioner. It’s not the modality that’s going to help you it’s the practitioner and how good they are at their chosen profession.

You should choose to see someone who will leave no stone unturned to give you results. You should see someone who fills you with both hope and confidence. You should see someone who will educate you as they treat you so you can become self sufficient in keeping your body strong and pain-free.
